    Flick of the Week 2.0

Yes I am taking over Flick of the Week and for now it is not going to be a fancy audio podcast, mainly because I do not own a microphone.

Now here was Glenn's way of picking movies:
I am going to try to do this every week. I'm going to feature a flick that the casual movie watcher may not have seen or heard about. It may be an independant movie or just one that was in and out of the theater before anyone noticed it was there.
I'm doing it differently because I have not seen as many movies as Glenn and he knows of many more movies than I do. And because of that I decided not to include my name in the thread title because if I can't come up with a movie by Tuesday night I'll ask for any suggestions to be sent to me via PM from anyone here.

I am going to do this each week. My goal is to do it every Thursday as to give anyone who is interested in the movie time to Buy/Rent/Download it to watch over the weekend.

Now on to my first movie, the one I picked when Glenn said I could pick one of his next FOTWs:

    Hot Fuzz

"No. He's not Judge Judy Executioner!"

Best line in a Simon movie to date.
Stand-Up Comedian, Pro Poker Player and Strait up Dope Fiend to the end.

I'm downloading the movie now, I'll see how accurate his review is (in my opinion, of course)...

ps - my favorite Simon Pegg film so far is "Run Fatboy Run!"

While it was still good, I can't associate with you for saying it's your favorite.

    Hot Fuzz is shit?

Man on wire that received tons of accolades and has 100% on rotten tomatoes is shit?

And Best in show, a movie that I suggested people to watch on Thanksgiving before I took this over and received thanks for it from Mr. S-Dog and the former FOTW guy Mr. Glenn, http://www.thirdtierboard.com/forums...&postcount=551 , is shit?

    I think not sir!
