What's weird is our PC's are faster than our capability to use them. I'm currently using my custom machine I built 2 years ago, which I plan on Upgrading shortly

    2.4GHZ Athlon 64 X2
    2 GB DDR2 800 MHZ
    500GB SATA Hard Disk
    Radeon HD 2600
    Windows 7 Ultimate

The thing is, excluding performance Video Editing, and maybe gaming performance at HD resolutions, the day to day things would be no faster on newer hardware. My PC boots in 23 seconds, Chrome opens up in 1 second. I'm currently playing Dragon Age on maximum settings, no performance issues.

Sure beats the old days where your PC was obsolete 2 months later.

    P.S. My upcoming upgrades

    2.8GHZ Phenom X4 Quad
    8GB DDR2 1033

This is about the limits my board will take, so i'm maxing it out. Figure excluding a Graphics card upgrade, I won't need any other upgrades (excluding a bigger HD) for another 3-5 years, unless there's some amazing breakthrough that needs massive resources.

No kidding, my first computer had 1 Megabyte, and a 10 MB external Hard drive.

That's the setup I have. I transferred 141G from a WD My Book into this computer in just over an hour.

I am getting the hang of my blackberry. I don't like the way our site looks on it and the facebook app is dog shit compared to the iPod version but the phone is great. I got the curve 8530.

Switch which internet browser it uses. You can choose from blackberry, IE or Firefox. I'm sure you can dl others onto it as well.

I didn't even know that shit. How is firefox on the bb? Better then the bb browser?

My BB internet has been pissing me off lately. I seem to have to send the request twice before anything will load. Sometimes turning the BB on and off helps temporarily .

I misspoke, or mistyped I guess.

What I meant is that you can have your blackberry identify itself to a site as Firefox, or IE, or as the default "blackberry" browser.

If you switch it to Firefox, then 3TB will show up on your BB as it does on your computer. Or at least it does on my Storm2.

    Sorry for the misinformation.

I doubt that young, naive Brainwart would have made that mistake.

Mozilla has been working on a mobile browser since 2006. Yawn. We're gonna see Chrome on the Iphone before Mozilla get's mobile on any wide scale.

Opera is last on desktops and #1 on Phones. Even on a run of the mill cell it provides a damn good interface.
